COVID-19 Update: Our Continuing Commitment

Dear Westfield Community: The COVID-19 pandemic quickly changed our daily lives and has tested our abilities to adjust and forge a new path forward. It’s been heartwarming to see how we’ve come together to face these challenging times as a community. We are thankful for our neighbors doing their part to serve one another, including those making fabric masks at their dining room tables, others providing medical or first responder services, the good souls keeping the local store shelves stocked with supplies or providing bagged meals for children and senior citizens, and countless other examples of people pulling together to keep each other safe and healthy. Everyone can help to shorten this event by observing social distancing recommendations and staying home as much as possible.

COVID-19 UPDATE: Installs Delayed Until Further Notice

All installs which require interior work have been put on hold until further notice. Our team is exploring innovative ways to connect customers who have a home with pre-existing service without the need for a technician to enter the premise. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding during this difficult time. Our Customer Service team will reach out to anyone who has submitted an application in a released area once appointments are available.
