The burning question on everyone’s mind is: “When will I get service?” We share this anticipation. The completion date depends on many unknowns, among them the following: how long it takes to finish the installation of the distribution network; unforeseen issues in installing the service drops; setting up the electronics both here and at Whip City Fiber in Westfield, Massachusetts; and the successful testing of the system. Monthly service charges have been established at $85/month and $12.95/month to add on phone service.
